Our Team
Jeff Alhadeff and Aviva Weisbord teamed up to launch Craft Sourdough.
Aviva has shared her baking wizardry for years. Her sourdough, and other goodies, were widely loved at her previous micro bakery, Spoon of Sugar.
Jeff's love of baking extends back to his high school years. "It was after Passover, and I wanted some real bread. So, I took James Beard's book, Beard on Bread, and just started making everything in it." His previous business, Old City Pita, provided the Seattle community with fresh pita from a wood fired oven.
